Window Cleaning
pricing - depends upon the size and amount of windows also how often the cleaning is required. for a standard semi detached house regular monthly cleaning is £15 or one off cleaning £30
method - pure water is carefully filtered and used to wash outside windows using pole with the brush on it. by agitating the debris on glass and frames and then rinsing. it's not often this method would leave any water marks but if it does especially around airvent areas please let us know so we can pay closer attention to it.
Note : inside window cleaning is available but it will cost 1.5-2 times more then the outside windows so if your house is regular semi detached outside is £15 inside can cost about £20 or £30 depending upon access and amount of debris.
uPVC and gutters cleaning
pricing - depends upon amount of debris and the access between £100-200
method - agitate the surface with a brush and solution, light power wash applied to reach hard to get areas and rinsing.
included - window cleaning is included in this service.
Softwashing
softwashing : bleach or biocide is applied on the walls as much as it's required to free wall from any black,red or green algee. no power is applied during this service, meaning your wall especially pebble dash is not detered by process. option of instant results by applying bleach or long term results by applying biocide is available.
pricing - depends upon how heavy is the colonisation of alge as it might require repeated application of chemicals. on avarage it is £100 per wall. so if you live in detached house it can cost on avarage £400 the size of walls can be taken into consideration also how many windows is on the wall can affect the price too.
included - chemical solution is included in price.
Power washing
pricing - depends upon the amount of debris, the surface of your drive or footpath. to wash the footpath around your house on the detached house is £100 small drive way is £100 or more depending upon the size.
method - bleach is applied before powerwashing to loosen the debris especially algee from the surface then depending upon the surface the light power washing is done or more powerful option is available for paving areas to clean the grass from between the groves.
Note : powerwashing the payment miss places the sand in between. option of resending and also weed killing prior to power washing is available and recommend for best results.
Roof Cleaning
pricing - depends upon 3 things the amount of debris on it, the type of the tiles/slates, the access. avarage price £400
cleaning - scraping majority of debris then Biocide treatment meaning the rest of the debris biodegrades in time and is washed away by weather leaving your tiles free from growth and microorganisms. Biocide often is used to disinfection /prepare the surface before painting resurfacing ect.
Note - man made slates in time lose their protective coating or colouring due to sunlight and other factors, the older the slates less off the surface will be back to its original state unlike the natural or concrete tiles.
safety- every object is evaluated for safety. not all the buildings are the same therefore there would be some adjustments made to accomplish job in a safe manner. job hazard analysis is drawn before work starts and is adjusted if needed during the process. this document is available for you to read at any point and can be adjusted to a reasonable degree according to your standard of safety.
chemical use - all our chemical products are guaranteed to be legal and it's use are according to local government legislation
included - gutering clearance is included in the price also tiding up of any debris that is fallen on the ground.
Full House Maintenance
To fight cost of living crisis in 2023 we offer a full house maintenance beginning from £800 for semi detached or £1000 for detached house this includes roof cleaning, gutters and uPVC wash, softwashing of walls, window cleaning and powerwashing around your house and small driveway.
